(EFSLU) offers to qualified borrowers, with viable projects in need of funding (starting from US$ 15 million), loan arrangements from a selected Consortium of Private Investor Groups, Commercial Banks, Multilateral Agencies, involving also Export Credit Agencies, Institutional Investors, etc., for Syndicated Loans.

Project funding

A loan structure for the realization of a project: green-field, construction, development, expansion, export loans, etc.

Acquisition Finance

Purchase of fixed tangible assets.

Mixed Loans

Under our Syndicated Loans, which are loans made available by a group of investors/banks, etc., in predefined proportions under the same credit facility, EFSL handles loan applications focusing on studying, negotiating, and securing Debt Finance (Structured Finance) in the Private Sector only for:

The priority is given to the following sectors:

  • Agro Industry (cultivation, production, canning, freezing, packing, packaging, slaughtering, processing, bottling, etc., for domestic/export)

  • Manufacturing and Commerce (production, transformation, distribution, sale – domestic and export – of added value goods)

  • Infrastructure (basic assets or services that support the economy towards privatization)

  • Property/Tourism/Leisure (construction, development, operation, sale/lease of fixed assets)

  • Natural Resources (exploitation, extraction, refining, processing, transmission, distribution, marketing, sale)

  • Healthcare (construction, development, operation, sale/lease of fixed assets)

  • Education (construction, development, operation, sale/lease of fixed assets)

Requests and projects from other sectors/industries can also be studied on a case-by-case basis.

We also accept requests for Income Producing Properties, which are leased or rented, such as:
